Psychotherapy

Psychodynamic psychotherapy is a talking treatment during which you explore your inner world and unconscious processes that influence your daily functioning.

These processes involve internal conflicts, contradictory needs, and unconscious ways of reacting, often transferred from earlier experiences.

Mental health doesn't mean we're free from problems and emotions, but that in the face of difficult situations, we're able to maintain calm, thinking, and understanding.

Therefore, deepening the understanding of symptoms, working through them, changing the way of thinking and experiencing, lead to changes in functioning and give a chance for full development of personality potential and a more satisfying life.
